What will be the future of the
businesses of the future?
Let's create our future, together.
Challenges and opportunities lie ahead.
New strategies are required.
New mindsets are being developed.
Organizations are looking ahead as building for tomorrow becomes more and more central to the businesses of the future. While anticipating is important, being supported by insightful advice and guidance in doing so is the key factor for success and prosperity. Although no one can fully predict what tomorrow will be made of, understanding which core trends are most likely to emerge and what will be their impact on the way we do business allows for efficient strategy-making and planning.
Doing what we do best, a structured listening process with relevant stakeholders - the organizations of the future - we want to share valuable knowledge with our community on what the future holds.
Loyal Future Insights is a monthly publication created by Loyal Ecosystem where we envision the future of Business, Policy, Behavior, and the future of consulting.
Our main goal is to provide key insights by exploring these four questions:
(1) What is the future of business?
(2) What is the future of policy?
(3) What is the future of behavior?
(4) Who is the consultant of the future?
Loyal Team Members will elaborate on smart conversations with 10 future thinkers to further disclose what lies ahead.
Loyal Future Insights Edition #2
So, what will be the future of the businesses of the future? Ten future thinkers spoke to us and revealed their thoughts, and this is (a small bite) of the outcome.
The business of the future: is building for the long run
The business of the future is aware of the importance of building for the long run, because working on long term strategies and goals is an efficient means to counteract the many uncertainties and challenges it will inevitably face.
The policy of the future: is a bobsleigh ride
The policymakers of tomorrow need to adapt, anticipate, and ride alongside the innovation and technological bursts instead of trying to control them. By racing together with future-led businesses, policies will avoid getting in the way, like a bobsleigh team curving the snow at 145 kph.
The consultant of the future: has an artistic name
The consultant will possess an artistic name, more relevant and suitable, reflecting the required skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to conduct their work. As for the artist, this will allow amplifying the added value brought by the individual and underlines the reason for its focus, instead of wearing a descriptive label.
